Liv grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, and from an early age it was clear she wasn’t going to think small. At just 13, she launched her very first business buying false nails in bulk from China and selling them on eBay. While other teenagers were focused on school, Liv was negotiating with suppliers, managing margins and learning how to operate on a global scale. She understood early that financial independence meant freedom.
By 16, after being badly bullied, she made the brave decision to leave school in 2015. Against the advice of her teachers, she refused to follow a traditional path. Instead, she trusted her instincts and backed herself.
She spotted a clear gap in the market when her mum, Ali, struggled to sell a property she had bought at auction. Liv stepped in, furnished and styled the home herself — and it sold within three days, above the asking price, with the buyer even paying extra for the furniture. That was the moment she knew she had something powerful in her hands.
With very little support and no safety net, Liv launched her home staging business. She immersed herself in networking, often feeling dismissed because of her age. People underestimated her. So she worked harder than anyone else. Seventeen-hour days became standard.
By 2017, she was turning over £1 million.
She built a team of ten — including her mum, Ali — and the business went from strength to strength. In 2019, Liv’s story made national headlines. She was featured in The Daily Mail, MailOnline, the BBC, Business Insider, Fabulous Magazine and many others.
As her profile grew, so did the messages from women asking how she had done it. That’s when she created StagerBoss — a coaching platform designed to help women launch and scale their own property staging businesses.
Liv is also a best-selling author, sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of female entrepreneurs. A new TV series featuring Liv and her work is currently in development, bringing her straight-talking business approach and transformational property expertise to a wider audience.
Her greatest passion is helping women across the world become financially independent. She has supported thousands of women to build their own income streams — many of them leaving abusive relationships, finding the courage to stand on their own two feet, and creating lives they control. For Liv, success is not just about turnover. It’s about giving women the knowledge, confidence and tools to never feel trapped again.
In 2019, she was crowned The Federation of Small Businesses’ UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
In 2022, she delivered a powerful TEDx talk on the importance of sharing your story. In 2023, she launched her charity, 100 Big for Your Boots, helping young people gain the belief and practical support to start their own businesses.
Liv is also a respected property and business commentator, with regular columns in Living Magazine, Good Homes, and the Scottish Sun / Sun Online, where she shares expert insight on staging, property investment and entrepreneurship.
She has travelled the world delivering keynote speeches, dined at Downing Street with former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and in 2023 welcomed her son, Cash, into the world. Through every chapter, her mum Ali has been by her side — business partner, supporter and unwavering champion.
Today, The Property Stagers, which furnishes homes for investors and landlords preparing properties for sale, turns over up to £2 million a year. Meanwhile, StagerBoss surpassed $1.5 million in turnover in 2025 alone.
Liv’s journey is proof that resilience, vision and relentless hard work change lives — not just your own, but hundreds of others. She didn’t wait for permission. She built her own lane and now she’s helping women everywhere do exactly the same.
