Bianca Best is one of the UK’s rising voices in the burnout, wellness and performance space — a high-level coach, speaker and author whose work focuses on helping ambitious women create “big impact without burnout.” Her messaging combines mindset, energy management, confidence and high-performance living in a very commercial, media-friendly way. She has built a growing platform through speaking, coaching, social media and press campaigns around modern women feeling exhausted by trying to “do it all.”
One of the standout PR ideas developed by Jaine Brent was Bianca’s “Banish Burnout Christmas Advent Calendar” campaign — a clever festive wellness concept designed to cut through the usual Christmas chaos and offer daily motivation, energy tips and burnout prevention advice during the busiest time of year.
The idea landed national coverage because it tapped perfectly into:
The campaign achieved strong traction with coverage connected to The Mirror and Daily Express, alongside Bianca’s video advent series online. The concept positioned Bianca not just as another coach, but as a relatable expert helping women survive the emotional and physical pressure cooker of Christmas. That is why it popped nationally — it was timely, emotional, commercial and highly shareable.
The YouTube series itself became part of the wider campaign rollout:Explore our wide range of services, including video production, photography, branding, and web design. We help you tell your story through different mediums.
